Xtream Service LLC Shipping Policy (Digital & Physical Products)
At Xtream Service LLC, most of our offerings are digital Figma courses, which are delivered instantly upon purchase. For any physical products associated with our courses (e.g., printed workbooks, design templates, or merchandise), we adhere to the following shipping policy:
  1. Digital Product Delivery:
  • All Figma course content (video lessons, downloadable resources, quizzes, and access to learning platforms) is delivered digitally. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email with instructions to access your course via your Xtream Service LLC account. No physical shipping is required, and access is available 24/7 from any device with an internet connection.
  • If you do not receive your access email within 1 hour of purchase, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our customer support team at [support email] for assistance.
  1. Physical Product Shipping (If Applicable):
  • Order Processing: Physical products are processed within 2-3 business days of your purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
  • Shipping Methods & Timelines: We offer the following shipping options for physical products:
  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3-7 business days. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 1-3 business days. Additional fees apply, as displayed at checkout.
  • International Shipping: 7-14 business days. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country; duties and taxes may be applicable (paid by the recipient).
  • Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship physical products to the United States and select international countries. If your location is not eligible for shipping, you will be notified during the checkout process.
  • Lost or Damaged Shipments: If your physical product is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. Provide your order number, tracking information, and photos of the damaged package (if applicable). We will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
  1. Address Changes: Once an order has been processed, we cannot modify the shipping address. Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase. If you enter an incorrect address, contact us immediately; we will attempt to update it if the order has not yet shipped.
